8.1Practical rather than charming
Booked late and got lucky. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
The mattress dips in the middle, which after four nights you notice.

10.0Faultless from start to finish
Hiroshi on reception had us checked in inside three minutes and drew a map of the area on the spot. The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener. The flat is bigger than the photographs suggest and cleverly laid out.
Nothing at all in three nights.

9.7seven minutes from Cape of Good Hope
The bathroom is bigger than the one at home, with a rain shower and a bench to put things on; the building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at half past nine in the morning.

6.9The address is the best thing about it
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. Wifi was quick enough for email, maps and an evening of streaming.
Aircon only runs when the balcony door is properly shut, and the catch is temperamental. Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
It is showing its age in places - a chipped door frame here, a tired carpet there. The connection slowed to nothing each evening from about half past nine, when the place fills up.

Some of this worked, some of it did not. Room was warm enough in November, which was the main worry. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in November, when it is bright by half past seven.
