Tired and overpriced
Three rooms on the same floor, which saved a lot of shouting up stairwells. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning. Check-in was straightforward and the desk answered questions properly.
The city tax and the cleaning fee together came as a surprise at checkout.

The best night's sleep of the trip
Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed. The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.

In September you need the aircon to work properly, and here it does.

Restful and central
The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with the suitcases in the heat.

Reliable rather than exciting
Good position overall, and we walked most places rather than paying for cabs.
There is construction across the street that starts at half past six, so bring earplugs.

Strong all round
I left a charger behind and it arrived at home nine days later, no charge for the postage. Fast, stable wifi in the room rather than only in the lobby, which is rarer than it should be.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in July, when it is bright by seven.
