Comfortable, quiet, well placed
Twenty minutes to the conference centre, laundry back same day, invoice correct first time. Parking on site and free, which in Jaipur saved me more than the room rate difference. The staff pointed me to a jazz cellar round the corner and it became my regular.
There is no fridge in the room, so the wine I bought stayed warm.

Strong on location and staff
Cheaper than the chain hotels two streets over and considerably nicer. Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed. We upgraded to the Deluxe King Room and would do it again without thinking.
I have sat here for a minute and cannot think of anything.

Fine if you're out all day
Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night.
The lift is slow enough that I walked down from the fifth floor most days.

Never again
Nothing I would put in this box, and I have thought about it.
I left a night early, which I have never done before. The Deluxe King Room had not been cleaned properly: hair in the shower tray and dust along every skirting board. The fridge in the Deluxe King Room had somebody else's food in it.

Pleasant but noisy at night
Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about. Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside.
Breakfast is the same every day, which by the second morning I had noticed.

Some of this worked, some of it did not. Worked well for a group of us, with somewhere to sit together in the evening.
Check-in is not until four and there is nowhere comfortable to wait.
