Park Residence Havana has been part of Miramar for years, and it shows in the way the front desk talks about the area. Practical details worth knowing: walk to the main sights and fitness centre open 24/7. The bar downstairs is open to non-residents, which keeps it lively.

Groups of friends · Stayed December 2025
Left slightly deflated
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. Worked well for a group of us, with somewhere to sit together in the evening. Good position overall, and we walked most places rather than paying for cabs.
The bathroom fan runs for twenty minutes after you leave and is loud. Street noise at the front until the bars close - ask for a room over the courtyard.

Somewhere between fine and not
The Junior Suite suited me well for a short stay. The stairs creak in a way that is either charming or annoying depending on how tired you are.
Loading and unloading outside is awkward on a street that narrow. Hot water was slow to arrive on the fourth floor first thing.

Our favourite find in Havana
No faff with the room: dark, cool and quiet by ten. The Deluxe King Room is bigger than the photographs suggest and cleverly laid out. We booked for three nights and extended to five, which tells you what we thought of the price.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about seven.

Better than the price suggests
Short version: yes. In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need.
Street parking is free after half past nine and impossible before it.

Families · Stayed September 2025 · Deluxe King Room
Wanted to like it more
Good set-up for families - a shallow pool, high chairs and staff who do not mind noise.
Hot water was slow to arrive on the fourth floor first thing.

Needs a proper refurbishment
It is priced sensibly, and that counts for something.
Dust on the top of the wardrobe and behind the door, which I noticed on the first day. The Deluxe King Room is smaller than the photographs suggest - two open cases will not fit on the floor.
