Poorly maintained and unhelpful
The building is beautiful from the outside.
Wifi dropped out constantly, which mattered because I was working. Building work started at quarter past seven every morning and nobody mentioned it when we booked. The bed linen was stained. We asked for it to be changed and waited until nearly nine that night.

Not quite worth it
Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area. A cat lives in the courtyard and considers the chairs to be hers. Fabio at the desk was the standout - patient and genuinely useful.
The furniture is dated and the corridors could do with a repaint.

Quiet and central, kind staff
Spot on for a first visit - you can walk out of the door and start. They put a cot in without being asked and left a small plate of fruit for our two.
It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with our bags in the heat.

Mixed, mostly good
Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Comfortable, quiet, well placed
Slept better than at home, which after four flights in a week is saying something. Parking on site and free, which in Tokyo saved us more than the room rate difference.

Better than the price suggests
Astonishingly quiet for somewhere this central - we never heard the street once.
Mosquitoes in the evening once the doors are open - the shop on the corner sells the plug-ins.
