Strong all round
Warm room, thick curtains and dark afternoons spent reading - exactly what December is for. Self check-in with a code, clear instructions, and we were inside two minutes after the taxi left. Spot on for a first visit - you can walk out of the door and start.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at half past nine in the morning.

Better options in Príncipe Real
Room was warm enough in December, which was the main worry. Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning.
The radiator clanked from about eight every morning.

Some good, some frustrating
There is a lift, which I was glad of on the way up with my rucksack. The flat suited me well for a short stay. I left a charger behind and it arrived at home nine days later, no charge for the postage.
The furniture is dated and the corridors could do with a repaint. Wifi does not reach the terrace, which is where you actually want to sit.

Fine, but not at that price
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer. The flat is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Service ranged from warm to indifferent depending on who was working.

Comfortable enough
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.
