Ticked every box that mattered
Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn. Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping. Double glazing that works, so the tram going past is a rumour rather than an event.
The shower door leaks a little onto the bathroom floor.

Small place, big heart
The airport transfer was waiting with my name up at one in the morning, which took all the stress out of arriving. Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about half past six.

The air conditioning rattled on the second night; maintenance swapped a part the next morning.

No complaints, no fireworks
Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out. Breakfast is solid rather than lavish - eggs done to order and reliable coffee. Töölö is a sensible base, a few streets back from the crowds and still close to everything.
Scaffolding went up on the building opposite halfway through my stay.

Falls short of the description
Two nights, and two would have been plenty. The gym has what you need for a week away and is never busy. Bag storage on the last day was useful.
There is one toaster for the whole room, so there is a queue at eleven.

Friendly and well run
I ran two client calls from the desk and the room was quiet enough that nobody asked where I was. We upgraded to the Deluxe King Room and would do it again without thinking. We arrived hours early and they took my rucksack without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready.
