Right, so. Homemade cake at four in the afternoon, whether or not you asked for it.
Only one socket by the bed, and the switch for it is behind the headboard.

6.7A stay of two halves
Wanted to like it more than we did. Location is the strong point - twenty-five minutes to Sydney Opera House and a metro stop close by.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about six.

9.7The terrace alone is worth it
The lift has one of those inner doors you have to pull shut, which the children opposite treated as the highlight of their week. Spot on for a first visit - you can walk out of the door and start. Marta sat with us over a map on the first evening and half our trip came out of that conversation.
The car park is a three-minute walk and costs more per night than we expected.

Travelling on my own, I never felt uneasy walking back into Newtown late at night.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.

8.9Better than the street suggests
Elke sat with us over a map on the first evening and half our trip came out of that conversation. Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed.

9.3Beat our expectations
The wifi held up through a two-hour video call without a single drop. Fifteen rooms, one very good coffee machine and a courtyard nobody talks in above a murmur; we upgraded to the Family Suite and would do it again without thinking.
Nobody was on the desk for about ten minutes when we arrived on the Monday.
