Nothing like the listing
Cheap, and now I understand why.
I wanted to sleep somewhere clean and quiet, and got neither. We were given a different room from the one we booked, smaller and facing the bins, with no adjustment to the price. Building work started at six every morning and nobody mentioned it when we booked. Cleanliness was not what it should be - we found the previous guest's earring under the bed.

Good bones, tired edges
Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out. Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.

Samir on the desk was kind about it, which is more than the place deserves.
The bed linen was stained. I asked for it to be changed and waited until nearly half past nine that night. The lock on the door did not engage properly, which is not something you want to discover at midnight.

Mixed, mostly good
Connection was good enough to work from for a morning. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
Dust on the top of the wardrobe and behind the door, which we noticed on the second day.

Handy, if a little dated
Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. The lift has one of those inner doors you have to pull shut, which the children opposite treated as the highlight of their week.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed.
