Perfectly decent
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
One person on the desk at nine in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives.

Handy, if a little dated
Short version: yes. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer. Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out.
The connection slowed to nothing each evening from about ten, when the place fills up.

A stay of two halves
Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking - there is a lift, which we were glad of on the way up with our bags. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin. Towels are changed only on request, which is sensible but was not explained.

We moved hotel
Petra on the desk was kind about it, which is more than the place deserves. Nothing I would put in this box, and I have thought about it.
The photographs show a refurbished room. Ours was not one of them, and the carpet was visibly worn through. The flat had not been cleaned properly: hair in the shower tray and dust along every skirting board.

Pleasant few nights
The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
It is a good twenty minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Book it and stop looking
Turned up late, tired and grumpy, and were looked after. A washing machine halfway through a month on the road is worth more than a minibar.
Only one socket by the bed, and the switch for it is behind the headboard.
