6.0Nice staff, tired building
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. The Suite is at least well laid out for the size.
The bathroom door catches on the bed frame, which tells you the size of the Suite. Footsteps from the floor above from around quarter past seven each morning.

9.9eight minutes from Wieliczka Salt Mine
Our flight landed at one in the morning and the man on the desk still made us a tea. Breakfast is worth getting up for: almond croissants, the espresso made to order and fruit that tasted of something.
No full-length mirror anywhere in the Cosy Room.

6.7Tired and overpriced
Fine, with caveats. I forgot it was a public holiday and they sorted me a table anyway. Bag storage on the last day was useful.
The mattress dips in the middle, which after four nights you notice. The radiator clanked from about six every morning.

8.6Lovely, if you don't mind stairs
We are not usually breakfast people and we went down every morning. The courtyard rooms hear nothing but pigeons, which is the whole point. Somebody has thought about the old terrazzo floor, and it shows in a way photographs do not capture.
Checkout is half past ten and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast.

Right, so. The restaurant is convenient and priced about where you would expect.
For the money I expected a little more attention to detail.

5.3Frustrating from the start
The bed itself was comfortable enough.
The kitchen closes at nine, which we found out the hard way on the Friday. The bed is too firm for us - we ended up putting the spare duvet under the sheet.
