Small room, great location
We are fussy about where we sleep. You step out of the door and you are already somewhere worth being.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about half past seven.

Not what the photos promised
The owners are kind and the breakfast is homemade, which counts for a lot.
A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.

Handy for Raohe Night Market
Ola sat with me over a map on the first evening and half my trip came out of that conversation.

Good spot, tired rooms
The radiator clanked at about two in the morning and then settled down, and honestly I grew fond of it. Nobody blinked at a table for one, which is not true everywhere. Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building.
There is construction across the street that starts at half past six, so bring earplugs. The carpet on the fifth floor is due for replacing.

Does the job
Charming small hotel, and the joinery lifts it above the usual. They keep a pillow menu at reception and actually bring what you ask for.
The walls are those of an old house, so you hear the stairs at night.
