No complaints, no fireworks
Not fancy, but that was never the point. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced. The radiator clanked at about two in the morning and then settled down, and honestly we grew fond of it. The terrace is a good place to sit with a book in the late afternoon. Lovely for a couple of nights away, quiet and personal.
It is a good twelve minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Would look elsewhere next time
Fine, with caveats. They keep a pillow menu at reception and actually bring what you ask for. Lovely for a couple of nights away, quiet and personal.
Roadworks on the corner from eight on the Tuesday, and nobody had warned us. We asked twice about the noise and nothing came of it.

We have already rebooked
Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed. The front door code worked every time, which sounds like a low bar until you have stayed somewhere it did not. I ran two client calls from the desk and the room was quiet enough that nobody asked where I was.
Nothing - we have already looked at dates for next year.

As good as Amman gets
Plenty of storage in the Suite, which sounds dull until you have unpacked for a fortnight. They cook eggs how you ask and the bread comes from the bakery opposite, still warm. The courtyard rooms hear nothing but pigeons, which is the whole point. Somebody has thought about the joinery, and it shows in a way photographs do not capture.

Does the important things well
Fifteen rooms, one very good coffee machine and a courtyard nobody talks in above a murmur. Good toiletries in refillable bottles, and towels changed without being asked twice.
One small lift for three floors - fine unless everyone checks out at once.

The Suite is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Waiting fifteen seconds for the lift each time adds up when you go back for a jumper.
