The best night's sleep of the trip
Twenty-four hour reception meant a two a.m. arrival was a non-event. Staff run things properly - keycard on the dorm door, quiet hours actually enforced.
Check-in is not until four and there is nowhere comfortable to wait.

Not what the photos promised
Not a disaster, just not what I expected. Good base for a few nights: clean dorm, big lockers, decent kitchen - the room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
The bathroom is clean but the fittings belong to a previous decade.

Fair value for Amman
Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced. Three rooms on the same floor, which saved a lot of shouting up stairwells.
It is a good twenty minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

No complaints, no fireworks
Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
One radiator for the whole room, and in November that is not quite enough.

Some good, some frustrating
Three rooms on the same floor, which saved a lot of shouting up stairwells. The Private Double Room suited us well for a short stay.
The shower door leaks a little onto the bathroom floor.

Easy stay, no dramas
Lockers are big enough for a sixty-litre pack, which almost nowhere manages.
Nobody was on the desk for about twenty-five minutes when we arrived on the Saturday.
