Passable, at a push
The terrace is a good place to sit with a book in the late afternoon. Wifi was quick enough for email, maps and an evening of streaming. The owners are kind and the breakfast is homemade, which counts for a lot.
The window seals are not what they could be and Oia is not a silent neighbourhood. There is construction across the street that starts at quarter past seven, so bring earplugs.

Adequate and well placed
The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one. Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building. Fair value for Santorini prices, particularly in high season. The Double Room with Garden View is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Storage is two hangers and a shelf, so I lived out of the bags. The shower door leaks a little onto the bathroom floor.

Simple and clean
We nearly booked somewhere flashier and I am glad we did not. The owners are kind and the breakfast is homemade, which counts for a lot.
You cannot set the aircon below twenty-three, which in September is not quite enough.

Spoiled us completely
Underfloor heating in the bathroom in September is a small luxury that we noticed every morning. Within two streets there is a wine bar and a proper greengrocer, so we ate well and cheaply. Oia turned out to be exactly the right call - everything we had pinned was walkable. Homemade cake at four in the afternoon, whether or not you asked for it.

Deeply disappointing
It is quiet during the day, if that is any use to anyone.
The fridge in the Double Room with Garden View had somebody else's food in it. There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom that we reported twice and nothing was done. Building work started at half past seven every morning and nobody mentioned it when we booked.
