Better options in Seefeld
The desk is staffed at night, which mattered for my late arrival. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about. Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Avoid
Nothing I would put in this box, and I have thought about it.
I left a night early, which I have never done before. Housekeeping did not come at all in four nights and I asked for towels twice. Breakfast was advertised and included, then turned out to be cereal and instant coffee. The dorm was not cleaned between guests on the Sunday.

Falls short of the description
We forgot it was a public holiday and they sorted us a table anyway. The Bed in 4-bed dorm with bathroom is well organised and everything has somewhere to go. Clean and tidy throughout the stay.
The shower door leaks a little onto the bathroom floor. Wifi does not reach the terrace, which is where you actually want to sit.

Better than the street suggests
I uploaded a large file from the room in minutes and nobody at the other end noticed I was away. I left a charger behind and it arrived at home nine days later, no charge for the postage.
No complaints from us this time.

Worth every penny
Not fancy, but that was never the point. You step out of the door and you are already somewhere worth being. I upgraded to the Bed in 8-bed mixed dorm and would do it again without thinking; I booked for three nights and extended to five, which tells you what I thought of the price.
Getting a taxi to find the entrance took some explaining.

The kitchen has everything, including sharp knives and a decent pan, so we cooked most nights.
Nothing that would stop us booking again tomorrow.
