Rare to get it all right
Short version: yes. No faff with the room: dark, cool and quiet by ten.

Solid choice, would return
Right, so. Late nights out and nobody once tutted at us coming in at three.
Hot water was slow to arrive on the second floor first thing. The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed.

The best night's sleep of the trip
Long weekend, first time in Old City. Within two streets there is a wine bar and a proper greengrocer, so I ate well and cheaply. Nobody made me feel odd about eating alone, and the desk checked I had got back on the wet night.
I have sat here for a minute and cannot think of anything.

Booked this on a whim and glad we did. The kind of place you book for two nights and immediately regret not booking for four.

Nice place, tired lift
Room service arrived in fifteen minutes at half past ten, which is why I book here - we are not usually breakfast people and we went down every morning.
It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with our bags in the heat.

Cannot recommend it
A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight. The air conditioning rattled on the second night; maintenance swapped a part the next morning.
