Would look elsewhere next time
Some of this worked, some of it did not. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about. Wifi was quick enough for email, maps and an evening of streaming. Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them.
Hot water was slow to arrive on the fourth floor first thing.

Late nights out and nobody once tutted at us coming in at three.
No full-length mirror anywhere in the Signature Room.

Cannot recommend it
A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
Towels are changed only on request, which is sensible but was not explained. The restaurant is fine but you would not choose it if you were not already staying there.

No surprises, good or bad
There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved me a few euros a day. Efficient and predictable, which is what a two-night work trip needs. The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one.
Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight.

Coffee on the balcony before breakfast, watching Monti wake up. Worth the upgrade. Somebody has thought about the lighting, and it shows in a way photographs do not capture.
One small lift for three floors - fine unless everyone checks out at once.

Lovely for a couple of nights away, quiet and personal.
Scaffolding went up on the building opposite halfway through our stay.
